Our Heritage and Mission
Quality Remediation USA is the dedicated Florida division of Quality Remediation, LLC — a family-owned, multi-state firm with over 25 years of experience and more than 5,000 completed projects. Based out of our flagship headquarters in Clearwater, we provide statewide deployment for commercial, institutional and residential properties.
The Dual-License Advantage
We hold both a Florida Mold Remediator License (MRSR 1220) and a Florida Mold Assessor License (MRSA 1068). This dual-license capability ensures that our team understands the science of mold growth just as deeply as the mechanics of removing it.
As a consumer protection measure, Florida Statute 468.8419 prohibits the same company from performing both the initial assessment and the remediation on the same property. We strictly adhere to this law. When we perform remediation, we coordinate with independent, third-party assessors to conduct the Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) clearance testing, ensuring completely unbiased results.
