Our Heritage and Mission

Quality Remediation USA is the dedicated Florida division of Quality Remediation, LLC, a privately held, multi-state remediation firm with offices in Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. All Florida operations are conducted under MRSR 1220 and MRSA 1068, both issued to Quality Remediation, LLC by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The Dual-License Advantage

We hold both a Florida Mold Remediator License (MRSR 1220) and a Florida Mold Assessor License (MRSA 1068). This dual-license capability ensures that our team understands the science of mold growth just as deeply as the mechanics of removing it.

As a consumer protection measure, Florida Statute 468.8419 prohibits the same company from performing both the initial assessment and the remediation on the same property. We strictly adhere to this law. When we perform remediation, we coordinate with independent, third-party assessors to conduct the Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) clearance testing, ensuring completely unbiased results.
